The sole is flexible and slip-resistant, the insole is removable so you can fit your custom orthotic, and the laces are adjustable Bungee laces for an easy-to-do-up and flexible fit. Washable. - Wash the inner sole separately with mild laundry detergent and rinse well
- Gently remove the surface dirt such as mud or grit with an old toothbrush. Use a little warm water and mild detergent if needed
- Place the shoes in a laundry / delicates bag,. toss in with your washing load on a cold cycle
- Dry your shoes naturally away from direct sunlight and away from a direct heat source
- Never use bleach
- Never dry the, in the clothes dryer
