All domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post. All orders can be tracked via the Australia Post website.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a Shipping Email from online@shoebedoo.com.au, and updates from Australia Post as well.

ShoeBeDoo offers FREE DELIVERY for all orders greater than $100 within Australia. An order of less than $100 incurs a $10 postage fee.

ShoeBeDoo offers a flat fee of $25 for all orders to New Zealand.

Yes, we deliver to New Zealand for a flat rate of $25.

Within Australia

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and we send all of our deliveries via Parcel Post.

Should you wish to get your parcel via Express Post, you can choose the Express Post option from your Shopping Cart. This option incurs an additional $10.00.

Australia Post delivers between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday in general.  Please consider this when you provide your order’s shipping details. It is better to provide us with an address that you are likely to be at during those hours, to ensure your goods are not left unattended.

Within New Zealand

We use Australia Post for all deliveries to New Zealand, and we send all of our deliveries via Standard Post, which takes 7-12 business days.

International parcel deliveries may be delayed due to limited flights.

We will delightfully package up your order and send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your order for orders placed on Monday – Saturday working hours. Late Saturday orders and those placed on a Sunday or a Public Holiday will be processed immediately on the next business day.

If you wish for Australia Post to leave your parcel at your address when you are not there, please put such information into the Order notes section of the order so we can write that on your parcel. You will find this box down the bottom of the Checkout screen, after you have clicked Proceed to Checkout from your Shopping Cart.

If there are no Order notes as such with your order and you are not home when Australia Post comes to deliver your gorgeous goodies from us, they will not leave your parcel. Instead, for your security, they will leave a card for you to visit your local Post Office. Your local Post Office will then be the collection point for your parcel.

TIP: If you work out outside of your home on a regular basis, consider that location as your delivery address to avoid delays

If you wish to delay the shipping of your order from ShoeBeDoo, please make a note of this in the Order notes section of the order, so we do not send your item (s) immediately. You will find this box down the bottom of the Checkout screen, after you have clicked Proceed to Checkout from your Shopping Cart.

Please ensure you include the date you would like us to have your parcel sent.

TIP: Australia Post is only open in our location Monday-Friday, and not on Western Australian Public holidays

We send you a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post Tracking number which links straight to the Australia Post Track an Item. We also get Australia Post to directly email you at each stage of the delivery process.

The Australia Post App (available to download on the App Store or via Google Play) is another way of tracking all of your Australia Post deliveries and it works brilliantly.

Due to our quick action on your order, it is important that you call us on (08) 9721 1031 or email us as soon as you realise there is a mistake. There is only a very small timeframe that we can request this change for you. and we will do our very best to make it happen.

Absolutely ! Just choose the Express Post option on your order, which will charge an additional $10.00.

Yes we do! You can place your order with us and choose either ShoeBeDoo Bunbury or ShoeBeDoo Dunsborough to collect your purchase ! There are more details on our Click and Collect page – we look forward to seeing you soon!
