All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. You are liable for any taxes, charges or duties other than the GST that may arise from the processing and shipping of your order, if these are incurred after you have had your order processed with us.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, ShoeBeDoo may be able to change/update your order if the product has not yet been shipped. Please see our Delivery FAQs for more information. If the product has already been shipped you cannot cancel or change this order in any way.

ShoeBeDoo reserves the right to cancel your order if:

• payment has not been authorised
• details provided are inaccurate
• if, due to prevent fraud, you are asked to present valid ID and cannot
• a product has become unavailable

Loss of Goods

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon the delivery of the ordered product (s) to our nominated delivery company, which at this stage is Australia Post.

Coupon Codes / Vouchers / Gift Cards

• all Gift Cards issued – both physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• it is the responsibility of the recipient of the Gift Card to retain the Gift Card itself of the eGift Card information. ShoeBeDoo cannot re-issue these and will not accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards
• ShoeBeDoo will not accept, Gift Cards or eGift Cards that are tampered with or falsely re-produced
• A limit of one Gift Cards or eGift cards can be used per order
• There are no cash redemptions for any part or full amount of any Gift Card or eGift Card
• Gift Cards and eGift cards are non-refundable
• If you return an item that was purchased using a Gift Card or eGift Card you will be offered an Online Credit or an InStore Credit for that amount
