What is your Sustainability Policy?
Oh we have very green little hearts here, and we are always focused on what we can do better to make our business as sustainable as possible.
Firstly, you can well imagine all of the cardboard that we have. Each pair of shoes comes in a cardboard box. Every 9-12 pairs comes in its own large cardboard box. That adds up to lots and lots of cardboard. We flat pack all of this cardboard, take the boxes from our customers should they not want them * (see our Returns Policy tip below), and then get a trailer and take them all out to the local recycling factory.
Secondly, we invest in those brands who do have strong Sustainability grounds, who seek to make the impact in the creation of their products, as close to carbon neutral as possible, and those that also respect the earth by using minimal and/or recyclable packaging.
In our stores that ethos continues, with no chemicals used to clean our stores. We even collect the green waste and feed a little worm farm with it!
TIP: Should you visit one of our stores and choose not to take the box with you, please note re our Returns Policy that you are not able to return or exchange an unworn pair of shoes without the box
