Click & Collect

How do I place a Click and Collect Order?

This is an easy one! After you have found the product that your little shoe heart (or bag, or hat or…!!) desires, add this to your Shopping Cart.

In the Shipping Options in your cart, you will have the option to change from Shipping (default) to Click and Collect in either our Bunbury our Dunsborough Store. Choose which Store you would like to collect your purchase from. Here are our store locations for your reference!

Complete your order, and once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you a Confirmation Email telling you that your order is ready to be collected at the Store of your preference.

We will be ready for you at your chosen Store, so please bring along your photo ID and your Order Confirmation Email so we can securely hand over your purchase. This is also a fabulous time to try on your goods should you wish – if you have the wrong size, you will already be in store and we can help you out so easily to make a change!

Should you wish to leave your order with us and prefer to collect from one of our Stores on a particular date, please note this information into the Order Notes as we are happy to oblige. Order Notes are located on the Checkout Screen, down the bottom left hand side for your convenience. Should you wish to email us please do so as soon as you have made your order.
