Product Description
Toni Pons Erica Lead Metallic Leather Espadrilles. Handmade, in the style of a peeptoe slingback, the supple pewter toned metallic upper is leather lined, and there’s padding underfoot for comfort. The upper is designed so that wider feet and bunions are well accommodated, and the behind heel strap has a mini strip of elastic allowing for a supportive yet flexible fit. The sole is wrapped in natural coloured jute, and has been hand-stitched with cotton thread, sitting atop a slip resistant rubber sole. Then there’s that lovely oversized “flower” detail over the toe to add prettiness. Crafted with traditional skill in Spain.

To look after your metallic leather and jute and weatherproof it against dirt and rain, we recommend spraying with Collonil Vario Spray before first use, and regularly thereafter.
If the jute soles get dirty wait for them to dry if they are wet. Use an old toothbrush to gently brush off dry mud or dirt. Dry away from direct sunlight and away from a direct heat source.
Jute is a natural tough vegetable fibre. Do not immerse in water. If your espadrilles happen to get wet, place them on their side, in a warm area, not in direct sunlight, nor in front of a direct heat source. You can use a hairdryer on a low heat/speed. You can try some bicarb of soda on the jute (only) to absorb moisture. Do not put in a washing machine.
