Storing your Bag
Follow these simple rules for storing your raffia and leather accessories to ensure they stay in pristine condition when you’re not using them.

1. Store your bag in its original dust bag
2. Make sure it is in a ventilated space away from direct light and moisture. Air once every two weeks to halt any growth of mould
3. Fill with stuffing to ensure it maintains its shape. Note: avoid printed or coloured paper as it may transfer onto your accessory over time
4. Ensure the bag isn’t pressed against any hard surfaces. The key here is to ensure your bag keeps its shape, and doesn’t squash down or flatten
5. Rotation is key. Everyday use of your bag contributes to wear, so switch things occasionally.

Maintenance
Cleaning:  Extend the longevity and appearance of your leather goods with the Collonil Shoe Cream  This premium cream penetrates deeply to nourish, clean and rejuvenate, ensuring your leather accessories remain in impeccable condition. Please note this cream contains nourishing Lanolin which may darken the look of leather so please patch test first on an inconspicuous part.

1. Apply a small amount of cream to a soft, clean cloth.
2. Using circular motions, gently work the cream into the leather.
3. Once satisfied, buff the area with a clean section of the cloth.
4. Regular treatments will help maintain longevity – we recommend once a month, or as needed.

Protecting:
Keep her looks by using a Collonil Waterstop spray which provides water repellency as well as UV protection.

Weatherproof
Leather is permeable and is not 100% waterproof, so avoid getting leather wet. If, a leather accessory gets wet, let water spills dry naturally. Avoid using high-heat measures like a hairdryer, as this will cause the skin to crinkle.
